Day 9

 Create a list of all the negative things your eating disorder has given you.
·         Constipation
·         Worse sight and a lazy eye
·         Worse hearing
·         Thin hair
·         Dry skin
·         Lactose intolerance (gotten better)
·         Gluten intolerance (gotten better)
·         Joint pain
·         Chest pain
·         A lot of anxiety against food
·         People are actually scared of talking to me and look and stare a lot
·         Bad concentration
·         Paranoia over small things that don’t really matter
·         I’m too addicted to routines.
·         Exercise addiction
·         Extreme fear of nutrition and water consumption

And I keep counting for a long long time!
